The living room has air conditioning and a separate dining area, through a wide sliding door there is direct access to the terraces and pool. Internet (fiberglass) is available and the television has stream functions. This makes it possible to watch apps from your phone or tablet directly on the screen of the television using your own accounts. The modern kitchen has an extensive inventory, built-in appliances and a breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is a small bodega, a real eye-catcher.
The villa has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. Two bedrooms with bathrooms are on the first floor, these rooms have closet space and shutters. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with air conditioning, closet space, shutters and an additional terrace with a view.
The garden is fully landscaped and offers expansive views of the golf course. The brand new large private pool with built-in stairs and sun terrace is nicely centered and to the side is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. Sunbeds are provided, including lounge and outdoor furniture, so you can fully enjoy privacy and views here.
Villa Bali receives a lot of personal care and attention and therefore the villa is in good condition. The romantic atmosphere and appearance fit in perfectly with the surroundings, it is a pleasure to celebrate vacations here together. Parking is available on site, with enclosed private driveway. Villa Bali stands on a large plot of approximately 1500 m2 and is located on the prestigious Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort in Navata. This beloved resort is set amidst the beautiful countryside of the Empordà on the Costa Brava and offers exceptional views of the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean. The Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers much more besides a beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course. For example, there is a large sports and wellness center, with a wide range of activities and sports for all ages. (Fitness, tennis, spa area, kids club, hairdresser & beautician) At the resort there are two restaurants, within walking distance from the villa. In the village of Navata there is a small supermarket, nearby a few fresh bakeries and 5 minutes away there are several large supermarkets.
In the immediate vicinity are further all kinds of authentic villages, such as Besalú and Peralada with sights, vineyards and weekly markets. There are also many good restaurants where you can eat everything from culinary tapas to paella with fresh fish. And, just 5 km away is the lively town of Figueres, with a typical Spanish Rambla and stores open late into the evening. Figueres has become especially famous for the surrealist painter Salvador Dalí; a visit to his world-famous museum is a must!
Barcelona and Girona are also perfectly accessible. From Figueres it is even possible to travel by TGV/high-speed train. This will take you to the center of Barcelona in just 50 minutes, or to beautiful Girona in less than 15 minutes.
