This super-modern detached villa offers complete privacy and a large private pool (12x3m). Around it are several sun- and covered terraces. Villa Xalvador is located in an authentic Spanish village, surrounded by nature, but central and close to all kinds of popular resorts and beaches on the Costa Brava. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms there is space and this makes it ideal for a vacation with two families.
The living room is spacious, with high ceilings, but nicely divided between a cozy sitting area on the one hand and the kitchen with separate dining area on the other. From every corner you have a view of the terrace and pool with an old orchard in the background. The kitchen is modern, equipped with induction hob and all kinds of other luxury appliances, including breakfast bar for breakfast and coffee. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with laundry room and extra freezer. Things like television and internet are excellent.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. Good box spring beds and air conditioning provide extra comfort. The bathrooms are spacious and luxuriously finished with, among other things, a walk-in shower. On the mezzanine is a fourth bedroom with two extra beds and including a large terrace with lounge set and panoramic views.
The pool has built-in stairs, there is an outdoor shower and a full-length fixed lounge sofa. The large outdoor terrace has several comfortable seats and sun beds to fully enjoy the tranquility and unobstructed views. The villa and the pool are beautifully lit in the evening in the atmosphere of a balmy summer evening. A stay in villa Xalvador is a unique experience.
To the side is a sheltered courtyard garden with even more space for relaxation. Whistling birds and views over the idyllic village provide the ultimate vacation feeling, a long dining table with barbecue area completes the picture.

Villa Xalvador is located in the typical Catalan village of Siurana d'Empordà, with only 160 inhabitants. Within walking distance is the village house with cafe / restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The village center has remained authentic, it seems as if time stood still here.
Around the corner is a waterfall that feeds the stream Rec d'Estany, there is plenty of peace, space and nature, in the middle of a beautiful hiking and cycling area, yet you can quickly seek the hustle and bustle. In the immediate vicinity (10-15 car minutes) are many popular coastal towns like L'Escala, Empuriabrava, Roses, or Cadaqués with the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.
In Siurana, Guests are welcome to visit Siurana's organic winery Vins de Taller to wander through the beautiful vineyards and enjoy strong red wine, or Siurana's cheese dairy Mas Mercè with its own organic sheep farm specializing in the production of excellent sheep cheese and yogurt.
The nearby town of Figueres is the birthplace of surrealist painter Salvador Dalí. A visit to his world-famous museum Teatre-Museu Dalí is a must, but the historic city has more surprises in store for you! Many restaurants in squares, beautiful stores and a typical Spanish Rambla complete the city.
Larger cities such as Girona and Barcelona are easily accessible. From Figueres it is possible to travel by TGV/high-speed train. This will take you to the center of Barcelona in just 50 minutes, or to old Girona in less than 15 minutes.
